01 Refund Principles

At Leisamo Resa Photography Lab, we provide access to digital educational products. Due to the nature of digital content, which becomes available immediately upon purchase, we review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

02 Eligibility Terms

You are eligible to request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not viewed more than 20% of the course materials and have not downloaded any additional digital files or resources.

03 Exceptions

Refunds do not apply to:
— One-on-one consultations that have already taken place.
— Purchases made under special promotional or discounted offers.
— Preset packs, templates, and supplementary digital materials.
